This is such a great program and I have learned so much. You'd think that by this time in my life I would know all these things, but I guess it is true that we never stop learning. Even though my weight loss is very little I am consistent with recording food and fitness - that for me is a WhoHoo! Actually being consistent with something. Everyday I read some of the posts and learn something - that is also a WooHoo! Thank you all for being there.
I just now read about Jesse. How is he doing? May my prayers be joined with all the others for his well being.
