yes, I can't blame menopause. lol. but getting older IS an issue.

Hey, I can certainly relate to the looooong plateau-after losing 75 pounds fairly easy, I got stuck and even gained back 15 :(
It is definately frustrating! I'm afraid I don't have any super advice to give you, except maybe try different things and stick with it! And stay connected here at SP, there's gotta others in the same boat & it helps not going it alone!!

Oh, I was gonna mention menopause, but saw you're a guy-at least I have something to blame my 'plateau' on LOL

Back at it. I've been at a 'plateau' halfway to my weightloss goal for nearly 3 YEARS. I have to break through somehow.
