I have been diagnosed with fibroid tumors. Over the past 4 years I have gained 50lbs mostly around my mid section.( I still wear a 14 but my stomache looks like I am 6 months pregnant) I have been trying to lose weight but the scale has not budged much. Can only do light exercise until my scheduled hysterectomy. I would appreciate any suggestions.
