I really like the printable exercise pages but believe there are some errors in them.
Seated Leg Curl Machine - picture appears to show the same as leg extension, which is the reverse of this machine.
Seated Lat Pulldown Machine - picture shows someone pushing a bar up, instead of pulling down. Picture doesn't match the text.
Am I mistaken? can someone please correct these errors? And thank you again for a great printable resource I take to the gym.
