I've used Internet explorer and Chrome, equal problems on both.

Thanks! I haven't been able to replicate that error yet. Which browser and version of browser are you using when you get that error? What did you enter as the name of the item?

If that's true, then how can I get my package facts entered if Spark will not take the information.

Well, I don't know about what happened (technical), but:

"as well as the information listed that has been added by other members does not match the package I'm trying to enter from the label."

The worst thing you can do is rely on user generated entries, the are notoriously off base.

This morning I was entering a Food not listed in the system. Listed all the information from the label -- hit Save Food -- and was told my information was not correct. I scanned the bar code on the package and found the same information. This has happened several times as well as the information listed that has been added by other members does not match the package I'm trying to enter from the label.

What does one do?
