yes and no. I work with special needs kids which can be a joy and at the same time stressful. I'm an aide and there are some parts of my job that I don't like.... like standing outside in the freezing cold and rain for afternoon pickup at my school

There are some parts I like ... but other parts I hate. I love the essence of the work itself (nursing staff development and research), but there is a lot of really ugly politics involved that I hate.
