I love the water too! I do laps in my pool every other day for 45 minutes it is a great way to get in shape and it is a lot more fun than walking emoticon

I started back in water aerobics this week and have really loved it, been sore and asked myself if I really wanted to keep it up. I am so glad I did and I am challenging myself to at least keep it up till the weather gets warm enough to use outside pool.
