I'm of the opinion that we should form friends with those who have the same goals or have already achieved the goals we have. So be on the lookout for new friends and blogs that fit into your new lifestyle.
Wow, I never thought I'd say this, but I'm at the end of my weight "loss" journey and now want to maintain. I think I'm more scared about that. I've been using My Fitness Pal to track my daily calories. Any suggestions on this step in my "new way of living" would be much appreciated.
