Don't feel bad about being scared. The truth is we should all feel a little nervous about maintenance. Most of us here are well- versed in both how to gain and lose weight. But few have mastered how to hold steady.

I'm of the opinion that we should form friends with those who have the same goals or have already achieved the goals we have. So be on the lookout for new friends and blogs that fit into your new lifestyle.

Congrats to you!! I agree with the other posts - keep trackin' your food and exercise - new life style - this is part of it to keep you accountable.

Wow, I never thought I'd say this, but I'm at the end of my weight "loss" journey and now want to maintain. I think I'm more scared about that. I've been using My Fitness Pal to track my daily calories. Any suggestions on this step in my "new way of living" would be much appreciated.
