Libbyl!: Just keep it up! I could barely manage 6 minutes at first and now I'm up to 45... I listen to podcasts (news and comedy) and audiobooks which makes a big difference. Without them, a workout seems to go on forever! (Also I play audiobooks at 1.5 times their normal speed otherwise I get distracted in the gym)
Just came from the gym having completed 45 minutes on an elliptical trainer! When I started, I couldn't even do 10 without having to stop to catch my breath (after 3 minutes I felt pretty bad). Each time, I've gone further and for longer... and today reached the goal my trainer set for me of 45 minutes.
