I believe September actually, I am not all caught up on my magazines! It was the lose 8 pounds at the gym program, it listed a workout to do on several different machines. Thank you so much for looking into this!

What issue did you get that from? I am looking at the October issue and did not see what you mentioned.
I was reading self magazine yesterday and it had an intervel workout set for the elliptical. It was based on Strides Per Minute and were around 160-190 My elliptical says RPMs and even when I'm working hard I'm only hitting around 90! I hope there is a big difference between SPM and RPM or am i just that out of shape? I'm very confused, I tried to google the terms but did not find much help.
