I ran 5 miles a day and didn't eat very much for years and years then I got married and noticed some changes. Slowed down on exercise - ate more! I l lost and gained 45 pounds like 4 times over the years always gaining more back! I was depressed for several years and due to that plus meds I gained a quick 35 pounds within a few months and then I just gave up hope and kept on gaining! I am 55 and it's time to take responsibility and become a healthier person - not for looks but for good health from here on out! Plus my hubby needs to lose and we think we will have better luck helping each other as a support system! Plus I have two closets full of nice clothes just waiting for me!!
