Hello ESP9! Kudos to being 10 pounds lighter, that in itself is already an achievement.. I personally am in need to lose weight as well and I know I'm fated to it.. i'm 5'2 at the moment, and I am getting soooooooo close being overweight already being at 136. I was 138 before and lost so much weight back when I was still in the Philippines, but with all the stress coming from not being in school, not getting to work, paperworks to America, stress from not getting to talk to hubby who was in BMT at that time..I gained it all back just being 2 pounds lighter from my biggest.. I would "LOVE!" to have you as my health buddy to getting to our goal!

Good afternoon! I just joined today, however I started my weight loss journey approximately 4 weeks ago at 206 pounds, I am now at 196 pounds. 206 has been my highest weight ever, I have never lost weight, I am THRILLED that I have lost 10 pounds so far!!
I began the 30 Day Shred workout video, I am still doing level 1 until I can complete the entire video. I enjoy the movements in the video and I find Jillian Michaels not too annoying to watch every day.
I have plantar fascitis in both feet and although my doctor doubts that this is from my weight, I am hoping having 50pounds less weight on my feet will make them feel better.
I am doing a "reward system" once I lost 10 pounds I treated myself to a pedicure, the first one I have ever had and loved it! My goal weight is 139 pounds. I am 5'3" and that is the highest weight limit for me to be considered "at a healthy weight". My main goal though is to feel great, look good, and be healthy.
I will take any advice, support, chatting as I am new to everything. I am trying new foods in smaller portions and I am a very picky eater so I would love help with that.
