I use my electric wok all the time for cooking veggies to be mixed with some kind of pasta or over rice. I also use it to make nasi goreng or bami goreng. Those are two Indonesian dishes, one with rice and one with pasta. Another nice thing to do in the wok is cook spinach because of its volume. I saute some onions, mushrooms in a little olive oil and add the spinach till it wilts on low heat. I usually top with some feta cheese. I hope you like it as much as I do!
