Better than other options I would guess, I just wonder about the sodium at fast food restaurants. I would check their website for nutrition information and maybe consider it once in a while, not as a regular breakfast. I do like egg whites. Does it have cheese on it?
I had one last week, and taste wise, it's really good. I thought it was a good, quick, go to when I am running out the door and have to stop and get something. It has more protein and less sugar then their oatmeal. I also tried their steak burrito. It's pretty good too.

When compared to the other things on the menu, it's the least sinful of all the options available. :) It's not something I would want to have on a regular basis, but like anything on this plan, you can have it if it fits in your range. Be wary of the sodium, though; any restaurant food's got a healthy dose. This particular one packs an 800 mg punch.
