Choices, choices, choices. We are thrown so many everyday its hard sometimes to even see through them. I'm starting to make better food choices. Yesterday I ate out and MAINTAINED! I didnt go for fat and carbs. I made good choices, ate slowly and stayed well within my points. I feel great about it and know I have success under my belt! Things are slowly changing and I can manage them!! I call that a success!!
