the pretzel bun will have a crapton of calories- i would get the regular and have it open-face. Ask them not to put butter on the bun. If you can split a burger that's cool- but beware of all those toppings!
personally I don't eat beef, so I would definitely get the chicken regardless, lol, but it's usually a healthier option. the salad looks good too- you could add 2x chicken if you wanted to and some of the other toppings (mmm orange!) with the dressing on the side.
whatever you do choose, just try to find the closest menu item from somewhere that publishes their info- and cut an extra 100-200 cals on the days leading up (and after) if you can to help balance it back out!

Do they offer Chicken sandwiches? In my experience, Veggie burgers are still high in calories and low in protein, so I opt for a chicken sandwich. I usually cut up the chick and add it to thew salad instead of having it on the bun. It's not a lot of fun, but it's healthy.
