Yes, give it more than a few days and things will start evening out. Make sure you are eating enough calories though so that your body has enough energy to keep burning throughout the day!

You are probably retaining water due to the increased exercise. It will go away. Keep up the good work!

i recently started cutting back on how much i was eating and last thursday started working out everyday however it seems like my clothes are even tighter now and i feel huge. why would this be i thought i would start feeling lighter even though its been only a couple days
