I just have to say, I am NOT a veggie person. Or, rather I should say I WASN'T a veggie person. In the last couple of weeks I have found out that I like roasted cauliflower and broccoli, butternut squash, rutabaga, and today I even sneaked a half a cup of spinach into my and my son's pasta and another cup and a half into an afternoon smoothie. My mom would be shocked!!! (I was a pretty picky eater as a kid)
