The calories should be added to either your tracker for today or your tracker for yesterday. If you went back to sleep, no problem, we know those calories don't "turn to fat." Just count them in as breakfast or a snack and go on as normal.
I count my day as ended when I go to sleep. This may be at 3 a.m., but the snack I ate at 2 p.m., just gets counted as part of the previous day. Once I sleep 6 hours at night, I consider it a new day. I usually nap 1-2 hours in the afternoon too, but it's just part of my day.

I always count all my calories from midnight to midnight. It doesn't matter if you sleep after. Your body isn't going to do alternative things with it because of that. You eat it - your body digests it...... a calorie is a calorie regardless of what the calorie is from, or the time consumed.

Well, of course you count the calories! I mean, you ate them, right?
Sometimes when I eat at a non-standard time, I just put it in as "snack". For instance, if I wake in the night and eat something at 3AM, then go back to bed, I don't count it as "breakfast", I put it in as a snack. If I end up staying awake, I actually might put it in as breakfast, though. My calendar day changes at midnight.
If you don't count those calories, you will stray out of your caloric range and that could lead to weight gain.

The same thing as if you hadn't had a nap. Contrary to popular belief, your body doesn't metabolize calories differently if you sleep. Your digestive system doesn't care what time it is. You do count them (you ate them!) and they are used for fueling your body like everything you eat. It takes calories to keep your heart pumping, your blood circulating, breathing.
