I say go for it. You have done the work, figured out if they work and found that they do. Personally, I have found that when I have tried to cut out things that I love entirely for the sake of being 'healthy' that I end up feeling deprived and 'cheating' my way out of all of my hard work. There is more to health than just eating the right things all the time. Health is also about happiness and if a 100 calorie cookie makes you happy and doesn't negatively affect the rest of your health then let go of the guilt and enjoy. Be happy!

I'm trying to achieve moderation with sweets, which is very difficult for me. I've cut sugar out in the past, but inevitably I have a backlash and eat every sweet thing in sight for months. So for me, it seems the only way is to try to make a conscious choice every time I think about eating something sweet.
This morning I tried eating an orange before I ate a sweet snack, and that really helped quell the craving for more of the sugary food. I suspect because the fiber helped keep my blood sugar from moving up too fast (or something like that!).
I, too, would have a hard time eating just one cookie. I liked the idea of freezing some of the dough and only making a few cookies at a time.
I could never eat just one cookie. I'd eat 4, at least.
I like to eat a good quality dark chocolate for my everyday sweet treat.
ETA: That really is a lot of sugar, brown and white 3/4 cup sugar to 1 1/4 cup flour and 3/4 cup chocolate chips. That sounds incredibly sweet.
Try this recipe
1 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup EACH white and brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and egg mixing well. Add flour, baking soda and salt mixing well. Add oats mixing well. Add chocolate chips. Drop by the tablespoon into a cookie sheet. press flat. Bake at 350F for about 10 minutes.
Like I said though I could never eat just one!

I think your recipe sounds good; I use similar ingredients and don't feel a bit guilty indulging once in a while :) If you don't freeze the dough, you could always share with others, that way there are less cookies to tempt you.
if they fit into your ranges and aren't taking up space for something that actually has nutrients or they aren't causing binges or any other issues then i don't see a problem with it. if you're worried about eating a whole batch, try and see if you can freeze the dough. that way you can make four or five at a time but you don't have to worry about eating a whole batch because there isn't one baked to eat.

Sugar and flour are the two worst foods a person can eat IMO so I personally wouldn't aspire to consume them. As a treat, what about fresh fruit?

IF you love them AND you can fit them into your regular daily diet, then I am inclined to say .... ENJOY :-)
If you are worried, you might be able to tweak a little - maybe reduce the sugar slightly? and/or making slightly smaller cookies?

I really love chocolate chip cookies, and made these whole wheat choco cookies the other day. They are amazing and only 100 calories a serving. Is it wrong to eat one everyday, or should I try to limit it because of the sugar? I really love cookies, and I just don't want to binge since I could eat the whole batch. I know I shouldn't call foods bad or good, but I really love these :(. Here is the ingredient list:
Smart Balance Omega 3 Light, 8 tbsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large *Flour, King Arthur Unbleached White Whole Wheat, 1.25 cup Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 12 tbsp.
I could probably cut the chocolate chips down to 8 tbsp to help the calorie count.
