Eating out is harder to track food/ I estimate a lot and most of the time, I stay the same not knowing how food is prepared.

Great. I rarely eat out anymore. I have trouble with the sodium counts.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Let go and let God.

Good for you. There are lots of places out there to eat healthy you just have to be aware of what you order.

Yahoo! Ate lunch out today and did not go over what I allow myself.
