I've already replied to your blog. I just wanted you to know that a person should never be afraid to seek professional help. There are some issues we can work through on our own, but there are others where that second unbiased opinion really can help.

Yes - definitely seek the help of someone who specializes with this!
You haven't mentioned why getting help is difficult to do - your Dr is the best place to start. IF it is for financial reasons, below are a few links that may help you:
While we can offer support to help you with healthy habits, it would definitely be a good idea to speak in person with a health professional to help you work through what you are going through and have gone through. It's great that you want to get help and that you are here! There is plenty of support here, but we aren't able to give you what you need to stop the cycle of disordered eating. So I would ask that you take some time to really consider speaking with a health professional that specializes in eating disorders to help you work through this. I know it is hard, but honestly, it is the next best thing for you to do. And of course, keep coming back here for continued support as well.
