Hi everyone. I've been on a weight loss roller coaster since my youngest son was born 25 years ago. Take it off put it on. Why because I love food. I'm closing in on fifty now so I have to stop this. Am I still going to have chips yes but moderation is the key. Will I eat healthy the majority of the time yes but will I have Mcdonalds once in awhile Yes but I'll try and make healthier choices. If I really want fries it will be a small. I am human and I have to adapt everyday life into my healthier lifestyle. The good thing is I love fruit, vegetables, yogurt and cottage cheese. These are all healthy choices. Any tips for a person that loves to snack would be appreciated.
