Ditto. I overate. And I knew exactly what my indulgences were. There wasn't any no mind eating... like putting my face in the Easter egg bowl and emerging when it was empty oblivious to the amount I ate. This year I counted everything no matter how much I ate and in a few cases, I controlled how much I ate. ie. three Lindt eggs on Easter Sunday. They were wonderful, btw. lol. So for a sugar-aholic, that was a miracle in itself. LOL. Tuesday. Back on the wagon! I feel better already.

Yep. I overdid it, too.
Had to stop at the grocery store yesterday & saw all the 1/2 off Easter goodies...and did NOT buy any! Pre-Spark, that would have not been the case.
Isn't it a wonderful thing to not go nuts beating ourselves up for an indulgence? That's been a huge gift to me from Spark. It enables us to get back to eating healthy much quicker.
Holidays are always tough, and you definitely aren't the only one who struggles through them. On another note, I love your positive attitude about it. You admitted that you did bad, but you also said you did better than you thought!
We all struggle at many holidays and some are more difficult than others so just take it one holiday at a time. Make wise food choices in smaller portions and then stay active before and after meals is what worked best for me.

I know, it's a tough situation, no doubt about it. I just pick myself up, dust myself off, and move on. For sure I blew it, but today is a new day.

I found it hard to manage calories with Easter dinner but did better than I thought.
