I have no idea the sort of neighbourhood you live in, but can you get outdoors somewhere to exercise? Even walking suburban streets can be more interesting than staring at walls...
If you have a park nearby, there are TONS of exercises you could do...things like walking lunges, star jumps, burpees etc...
If there is absolutely no way you can get outside, have you thought of listening to music? Or an inspirational podcast?
You should also do a search for treadmill workouts - there are lots of variations you can do to make things more interesting...for example, walking backwards on the treadmill...or, if you have a good quality treadmill, try out all the different workouts (such as hill-climb, fat burner) rather than just pressing "quick start"...
The other option is to either invest in DVD workouts you can do in front of the TV or choose from the excellent cardio workout Video's on this site or on Youtube.
And of course, there are tons of exercises you can do at home to build strength and flexibility - and you don't necessarily need equipment to do them...body weight exercises like push-ups, side-planks, situps etc...will get you fit and strong in no time if you do them regularly enough with good form...

So I'm having a hard time sticking with exercising because I just get bored. I have a treadmill at home that I work out on--due to kids, gym location, and childcare, it's really not practical for me to go to a fitness center. However, I find myself getting bored very easily; it's hard for me to walk/run for more than 20 minutes at a time. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks :)
