My sis gave me a subscription to fitness magazine and in the first issue I found something amazing. January 2012 (online also) issue had breakfast recipes around 300 calories, lunch recipes around 400 calories, dinner recipes around 500 calories and snacks about 150 calories. They give 7 examples of each.
Best qualities: they are fast, few ingredients, tasty, healthy of course! I have tried a couple of things I never knew I would like and absolutely ended up loving every recipe.
