I usually bike to work when the weather is nice - I'm on the road by 6.20am. It's always a nice ride early in the morning for sure!

I'm an early-in-the-morning cyclist as well. I love the peace and quiet out there first thing in the morning! 100 miles for the week so far! :)

I'm totally the same way in the mornings where I don't have to be in the field instead of the office. Woot for early morning workouts! Better than coffee!

Got up at 5:45am to do my biking for the day. I tracked 4.22 miles before my body knew I was awake & moving. Felt good in the early morning coolness to get out there and move. I hope you all do something to move today. It is worth it!
