This is an interesting thread. Today I'll have about twelve one ingredient foods, as long as plain intact proteins count. I'll eat about 1600 calories, work out hard, and will feel completely satisfied. At times, I'll have trouble eating everything I have to get down. It took me 30 minutes to eat my breakfast this morning, but I was multitasking, so I was a bit distracted.
I wonder if anyone else has that challenge with one ingredient foods.
