This is an interesting thread. Today I'll have about twelve one ingredient foods, as long as plain intact proteins count. I'll eat about 1600 calories, work out hard, and will feel completely satisfied. At times, I'll have trouble eating everything I have to get down. It took me 30 minutes to eat my breakfast this morning, but I was multitasking, so I was a bit distracted.
I wonder if anyone else has that challenge with one ingredient foods.

I love fruit and veggies so I guess I will pay attention to how many 1 ingredient foods I eat.

I have no goal, but I eat at least 4 per day. A banana, blueberries, raw mushrooms, and some qunioa or Amaranth. Mostly its the fruits. I always add some lemon to my vegetables so that does not count.
Weight is the result of what you have been doing for the past week.

Today I had 8. My goal is at least 10. Typically this will be individual servings of fruits and veggies!
