I always thought the Leslie workouts were difficult to log. What I have done is to simply log 3 miles (variable) for the time (variable) the workout lasted. My thoughts are that the Sansone workouts MIGHT have taken into consideration the strength training, though I'm not sure. I always like to err on the side of conservatism. :)
