Leslie's "Walk away the pounds" videos are in the tracker. Is this significantly different? You could enter that.

The bands will not have added much at all to the calorie burn.

I always thought the Leslie workouts were difficult to log. What I have done is to simply log 3 miles (variable) for the time (variable) the workout lasted. My thoughts are that the Sansone workouts MIGHT have taken into consideration the strength training, though I'm not sure. I always like to err on the side of conservatism. :)

I started the Leslie Sansone Mega 3 Mile Walk at home DVD today. Does anyone know how I log in that 45 minute workout? The 2nd mile added resistance band training.
