I am going to a rheumatologist and have not been told what i shouldn't do except " if it hurts " don't do it ......well it all hurts and makes the OA, bone spurs Fibro hurt more . I don't have ins. to go for OT or Pt as my co-pay is $ 35-45 a visit . I would like to join the Y ( for the pool ) but it is to much $$ . The planet fittness is just a little to far away with gas so high . I was walking 2-4 miles a day a yr ago but now my hips/feet and knees hurt so much when i walk . I am also trying to find out if i have venous stasis ( i have to have vein stripping again for the 3rd time )too.

Hi Sharon,

I am so sorry you are in so much pain. Have you talked with your doctor about exercises he/she feels you can do which will not exacerbate your pain? What about a referral to a physical therapist?
