A friend of mine is trying it and she loves it. She has told me that she feels great and has lost 8 lbs in less than a month. She seems happier and upbeat too (she has battled depression in the past). The hard part is staying true to 3 meals a day and no snacking. Just make sure you are getting your protein and calcium. That's what I worry about with her. I've seen the diet plan.
