There are a number of books available in this series "Eat this,Not that 2012", "Cook this, Not that", "Eat this, Not that Supermarket", "Eat this, Not that Restaurant", "Eat this, Not that Diet", all are about $19.95 each in any bookstore. If you order them from www.bn.com (Barnes & Noble online) they are $11. +, about 1/2 price, and they are delivered to your door, and no shipping costs if you order over $25. A good deal. Good luck.

I love those books ! While I don't eat out often, I have found them very helpful for times that I do. I have to say that I was shocked at how high in calorie many so called "healthy" meals could be. Wrap sandwiches in particular. could be very healthy, but also very high in calorie. YIKES !

The series is called Eat This, Not That. You can find them online or at any good bookstore.

I found this series to be a good visual aid, adding information that is useful in making choices.
