Hi everybody! I'm sure everybody knows what is Dukan diet and how it works.. this is my 5th day on Dukan diet and I am very curious about others' experiences.. I was usually around 130 pounds. but 5 days ago I was 135 and have just started doing this diet on the scale! my goal is to be 110lbs. anyway, after first day of attack phase,very next day, I was 130lbs. I was thinking it was just a water of body. I only eat meat , fish .. and stuff, but haven't tried oat bran pancakes yet. as DR Dukan says in his book that, diet was working perfectly without oat bran before he discovered it. I am not walking, I am running. doing exercise and yoga. however, even I'm on this diet last 4 days, nothing changed after the first day. I am thinking to continue with attack phase 3 days more including today. I am really disappointed by not losing any more weights. Also, my period just came 3 days earlier. I'm not sure if it is something related with the Dukan. I dont feel bloated. I definitely feel like losing weight. But the scale doest say the same. that would be great if we share out experiences about the Dukan.
