I don't like eating them as a poached egg or hard boiled egg, but they go wonderfully well in baking - especially sponge cakes :-)

Has anyone tried a fresh duck egg? The organic farm by me just started getting organic duck eggs. They taste a lot better than a chicken egg. You only need one duck egg to make a meal.
