I weigh less than what is on my drivers license, I will get it renewed this year so it's OK. When I applied for my first license, they told me to put down the weight you appear not the actual number.

The picture is older.

I have been both over and under the weight listed on my DL. Right now, I definitely weigh more than is listed on it.

My picture and weight information on my DL is from 2003. It says 115, and was accurate back then. My licenses as good for 10 years and I renewed online last year, so it hasn't been changed. When I renew in 2018 I will have to go in and get a new picture ( we're back to 5 year licenses) and will put my then current weight on it. Hopefully it will be back down near what I used to be!

Way more than I weigh today and way less than I really weighed at the time! I really weighed 290 and I said I weighed 170. But now I weigh 150 so emoticon

TN doesn't put weight on the DL. Funny thing is.... we can renew online and my photo is from 2002, when we moved to a new county and I got a new license. I wonder how long I can just keep renewing and use that old photo (it's a pretty good, younger photo of me).

I work at a marina and we sell fishing licenses. For TN residents it just pulls the info from their DL. For out-of-staters, we have to enter all their info.... height, weight, eye color, hair color etc. Invariably.... you say to a man "Weight?" and he just immediately blurts out a number, whatever it is. 190, 250, whatever. With a woman though, there is ALWAYS a pause. No matter how thin she is. You can almost hear her thinking.... should I say what I really weigh? Or what I hope I'll weigh by the end of the summer? Or what I think I can get away with? Or only just a few pounds lighter? Do I really have to say it out loud? There is ALWAYS a pause.

I love SHERYLDS response. You mean we really were suppose to put our real weight? That would be my response too. You're my kind of gal.

I finally 'fessed up and updated my DL weight to the weight I've been for a while now in spite of my best efforts. I hope to stay here & not gain any more, at least!

I'm in FL where weight is not required, height is though. Mine is listed as 5'6" but I have shrunk with age and am actually 5'3". I was happy to see that I don't have to renew until 2020. This thread made me go look at it, something I haven't done in a long time!

Mine was beyond inaccurate. Luckily I hadn't been pulled over as I imagined a policeman would arrest me for fraud: Impersonating a normal weight person.

I suspect the actual # may be within 10 lbs now, but I no longer weigh myself so we'll never know.

I had to renew in another state, so it's right on, but not what I want it to be, lol.

My weight on DL is not correct, but I hope to get there (25 more lbs.). I haven't updated it in years. The clerk was nice one time and said, "looks like your weight is correct." One time a guy behind me in line snickered when I told the clerk my weight and said, "Yea, right!" People can be so rude! I wish we didn't have it listed on the DL.

my dr license weight was always 20lbs less than what I was until I hit over 200lbs then I left it at 175. I got down to 172 but got pregnant so now I am only 2lbs from dr. license weight. I renew in 2016 so I am pretty certain it will change to my all time adult low weight of 146!

I haven't changed the weight on my DL in 40 years (it is lower than actual, but higher than goal weight). I have to renew this year and I should be close to goal weight, so I believe I will change it this year.

Incorrect. I am less than I put on my driver's licence now and my photo hasn't changed - just to remind myself.

2/21/14 9:24 P

Weight is not on the actual license but is asked when you renew...I have always used
A weight lower but not impossible to believe! One day I want to put the actual number and be happy about it....note to self...put on goals and add to dream board! emoticon

Texas doesn't list it, either, but my picture is 50lbs ago and I was scowling. (Someone off to the side was being extremely obnoxious to one of the clerks.) It's completely unrecognizable. But TX licenses are good for 10 years, and I'm not paying to get it changed. I will go in for a new picture when it expires rather than renewing by mail, though.

"I've had people look back and forth between the card and me and I can clearly see them thinking "this can't be the same person!" "

OMG this happened to me several times while travelling through airport security on my recent trip to Mexico... I am thinking I might have to suck up the cost of it, and update my passport.

My DL doesn't list a weight. Height, yes.
I've lost so much weight though... I've had people look back and forth between the card and me and I can clearly see them thinking "this can't be the same person!"

I think that's pretty much okay!

I didn't realize some states require your weight to be listed. New York and PA do not list weights on drivers' licenses. But I weight about 50 lbs less than I did when I was a senior in high school (I'm 54 now).

I don't think my license has ever had my correct weight on it. Right now, it has my goal weight listed.

Yes it has my actual weight on it but the picture really sucks. We are on the metric system, so at first glance the kgs look small compared to pounds

Ok so, I had long, long ago put 68kg (150#) as my weight - back when it was actually my weight more-or-less....

The last time I had to renew it was May 2013. At which point, although I'd been Sparking since January, I still weighed well over 200#. The girl at the licencing office asked soooooo discreetly and tactfully, "150 pounds, is, that, still roughly about right...." and I couldn't help but bust out laughing, because, obviously not, but thanks for saying! HAHAHAHA! However, I asked her if i could just leave it at 150, despite it being obviously inaccurate, since I had plans to make it accurate within 12 months (and my license won't renew again for another 5 years) and she said that was fine. So. My goal weight is my license weight, pretty much :) I am closing in on truthfulness-in-licencing!

Another Floridian here. My drivers license was issued in june 2010 and I am around 15 pounds heavier now than I was then.

I currently weigh less than what my Drivers License says. Five years ago I weighed about 160 and when the person asked me if 135 was correct, I said ummm yeah.

I would stand on a scale if I had to renew my DL, because I don't want to lose the privilege of driving. Or have to take the road test again

emoticon LOL Me, too! Only, I think I was 20#s heavier then what I put entered as my weight. So, does this mean that when we renew we can list ourselves as 10#s less then we are now????

Does anyone really put their real weight on their license?
Would you renew your license if you had to stand on a scale and have your real weight listed???
