Try putting some fresh herbs in a pitcher or mason jar of water and let it sit for a few hours or overnight. It makes all the difference. Sage is my favorite - sounds a bit odd, but adds an amazing refreshing zing to the water!

We have a drink here in Ohio called "Ice" it has no calories , 0 all the way down the chart, plus it has green tea in it. I love it and its only $1.00 per bottle..
be careful with those additives to your water. Ditching regular soda is great. Diet soda and the water additives have the same ingredients in them, aspartame or sucralose and that can stall weight loss.

I drink club soda sometimes because I miss the bubbly feel of soda. I don't use any products with aspartame anymore and I'm allergic to red 40, so I can't use most drink mixes, but the Lipton tea and honey mixes work for me. Sometimes I'll add them to the club soda.

I allow myself one seltzer water a day. love the flavored ones
I drink mostly water, and I do like the flavoring to change it up some. I also like squeezing lemons, limes, oranges, etc. into my water, or even filling it up with frozen fruit instead of ice. Although most of the time, I do crave plain water. That being said, I'm still a coffee fanatic! Luckily, I use 1% milk and sugar-free syrup to flavor my coffee, so I don't add in too many calories for that indulgence.

Since I stopped drinking soda pop almost 3 months ago I have to say my saving grace has been the flavorings that you can add to water. Plain water is just that....plain. So I really like the Crystal Light liquid or Wal-Mart brand ones you can just squeeze into your water. There are so many flavors out there. I am grateful for those so I have variety to my water
