i always keep a bottle with me during the day, and make a point to take a break from work to refill it as soon as its empty. I've noticed i drink way less when I forget my bottle and have to drink from a cup. Also, it's easier to keep track of how much I'm drinking. One bottle = 2 "glasses" so I have to drink at least 4 bottles worth. :)

Also I find there is excitement that I actually get to track it online, and I get a point for drinking all my water. I drank even more than 8 glasses. emoticon

Set an alarm clock to go off every hour and drink a glass of water when you hear it.. 8 glasses is easy to get in then. emoticon
