I don't have an issue drinking my water but I away have something to drink in front of me. But water doesn't always quench the thirst of something I'm looking for and I'm left wanting something else. I've always been a big fan of soda (not diet), high calorie flavored lattes, whole milks and juices. which I know hasn't helped over the years... I believe I could jump start the pounds just by cutting out empty higher calorie beverages but I really miss them.. and a big weakness of mine.
Looking for any advice, tips or any different flavored beverages that I could enjoy that wont blow by goal.
