Thanks for the advice. I am doing that the grazing thing also. Im hoping that way I dont feel hungry all the time. So I have alot of raw veggies to snack on. I am staying away from all the breads and sugars as much as I can. Which should make a difference too. Its the willpower which is up to me now. I do appreciate your feedback,, it sure helps.

I eat roughly 100cal/hour or 200/every 2 hours, depending on the day and my mood. Yeah, I am grazing all day and I feel like I am overeating, but it works!

Jaynee-Pacific Time Goal reached with 130# loss, 138# total loss

Exercise, eat, track, repeat!!

Hi, and welcome! Don't know if water is the best way to keep you full BUT protein and fiber are 2 great ways to keep fuller longer. I eat 5 times a day and I make sure my meals are loaded with at least protein. No that does not mean you should slack on the water though water is a must for any and all diets! My motto "I don't drink my calories". Anyway remember protein!!!

Hello everybody. This is my first time here and in for a long haul journey to loose weight. Im hoping water keeps me filled enough to cut back on portions of food. I love fruits and vegetables. So im cutting out sugars and breads as much as I can. Will take any advice that I can get. Thumbs up to all of us here.
