If I'm feeling bored of water, I will add cucumber then it's like a spa and feels special! Yum!

A good idea is to add lemon in the water. It adds flavour, alkalizes your body, which is the base of healthiness, (even though it is acidic), helps you prevent cravings. It is recommended with warm water and first think in the morning. I will try it.

I quit a big diet soda habit and drink mostly water now. I find that some of the lightly flavored sparking water are great in place of soda. One way I make sure I get my water in is I have a lengthy commute to work and I always start out with a bottle of water that I drink along the way. It has been a great way to get my water in.
