Hi,

You should be hydrating before, during and after exercise. As to how much depends on many factors. Below is a link to Coach Dean's article that will help give you better insight.

As for how soon to exercise after you eat is a personal preference. As for eating after a workout, if you ate that close to working out, you should be fine to skip your post-exercise meal, unless it was high intensity and then having a little carb and protein should suffice.

If you search the message boards you'll find a lot of threads on this subject. The consensus is for those who are beginners, whatever works for you is best for you. Some eat before, some eat after, everybody is different.

Staying hydrated is important and there's absolutely nothing wrong with drinking water during exercise.

Hi, I would like to know is it OK if we drink water during exercise, and yesterday I have an aerobic session on my own at home. I done it for 2 hours, I drink a bottle of water during exercise. Is this good or bad?

And, I used to exercise after I had my dinner. I wait for about 1/2 an hour before start my aerobic. is this good or bad?

How about eat after exercise? What is the best meal we can have after aerobic?
