Water is generally better than either form of soda.
BUT ... PHYLODIA has made a great healthy step in moving from sugared soda to non-sugared. The rumours and myths about artificial sweeteners are not backed in science. What we do know at the moment, is that if you're going to drink any soda at all, diet is better for you than non-diet. I don't think we should be slamming that choice.

This sounds like a horrible ad. Soda is not good for you. Regular or diet.
There have been many reports lately that diet soda is actually worse for you :(

Yeah, I agree, both types are just as bad for your teeth. The sugar isn't the main issue to soda.

both my kids got braces within the last six months. water enchancers like mio are quite popular with their friends. although they are sugar free-their orthodontist warned us about the acid in them-not good for their teeth.

Actually, even non-sugary soda is acidic, and can affect your teeth. Some diet soda is okay in moderation, but you should still be getting more water than soda. :)
