Seems like it doesn't.

Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)

I guess I am curious as to how that actually works -- the pasta tastes good, just like any other pasta.... I am not really concerned about the carbs and such because I make sure to incorporate it into my plan, but I am just wondering why and how I guess... does that make sense?

the box states that there is only 5g of digestible carbs per serving, despite that package saying there are 41. I looked into it online and it says that

"our patented formula and unique manufacturing process protects all but 5 grams of carbohydrates from being digested. "

I am skeptical?

What do my fellow Sparkies think?

PS: It actually tastes good...
