That is huge for me...and probably why I woke up with a wicked headache today that still persists. Or, it might have something to do with that volleyball I took to the back of the head last night while working at the scoretable. I need to watch those girls during warmups...

I did not cut out soda yesterday, had a can at breakfast, a bottle at lunch, and another can at supper. I have had a can and a bottle today as well. Normally I have two cans at home, and 2-5 bottles during the work day, and 2-4 cans at night.

As of right now, I am even at 32oz. Time to refill my water bottle...
