Amazing*Grace, ETL is a low-processed, high-nutrient, plant-based way of eating that is based on the various scientific studies about disease prevention. In the first six or eight weeks, you don't eat any animal products at all, and then after that, you can reintroduce some. Although I'm not 100% ETL, I find it a pretty easy to follow, and it does make me feel pretty good.
