I started my life style change at January 13th, 2013 when I stepped onto a scale at 343 Lb and my size 48 were too tight. I had two choices buy size 50 and carry on or lose weight. I made changes to my salt intake my carb intake and lowered down my fat intake my logging on sparkpeople. I also started going for walks 4 or more days of the week. as of this week I now fit into a size 44 and have room in them and have more energy. This is just the start my end goal puts me at 220 by years end as I am 6 foot 3 this should be a great weight to maintain.
