Oh the feeling. I remember when my pant size started dropping I could hardly believe it. It was so much fun to ask for a smaller size at the change room door. Enjoy your shorts and so many more clothing surprises.

Congratulations on your victory, It's always a good feeling to actually fit into something smaller.

That's awesome! I think smaller clothes is my #1 motivator and reward; otherwise, I don't really see the differences too much. It sure does feel good!!

Today while ruminging through my closet I found 2 pairs of kayaking shorts size xl, that I have not worn in years. I was wearing size plus women's 2XL when I started path to wellness 10/2012. The xl regular size fits. .
My husband could not figure out why I was walking around the house in shorts when it was zero degrees out. Just made a great start to the day. It was a great way to start a Friday
