After years and years of being overweight and being tired of at only 20 - I finally decided to do something about it. I've been on many diets before and always gave up. I don't know what is so different about this diet, but for once I am actually starting to have faith that I CAN do this! Its only the first week and the scale is down 8 pounds! In addition I just started running today. My goal is to eventually be able to run a 5k. I have so much hope and faith for the future me, that for once I am excited to begin my journey to a smaller me and STAY that way.
