I don't know about everyone else but every time my scale has a 0 as the third number, it's like my weight just stalls. It happened at 190, 180, 170, 160, and 150. However, after several weeks of seeing that 150, I'm finally pushing downward again! Down 52 pounds today! 12 pounds to a "normal" BMI, 28 pounds to my goal.
