I am down 5 pounds in less then a week! I started my journey on Friday at 161. I am 5'3" and have a goal of 125. This morning I was greeted with my scale announcing I was 156. I actually had to get off and get back on, just to check. 156! Now I will focus on the next 5. I never want to see the 160s again and looking forward to the 140s. My mini goal is to be at 146 by Labor Day.
